Great food. Comes out perfect every time we go. I especially love their shrimp and the grilled salmon is awesome. We always order the family meals and it's great. I don't order the cod anymore because out comes out too dry at times. Love the customer service too.
Place was Fresh, no fishy smell clean and friendly service. Jumbo shrimp were Jumbo and delicious. Cat fish and fries were also delicious. Would return here. Lots of customers. Prices were good & Cole slaw was nice and creamy.

Pretty cool place! Buy fish raw and cook yourself or choose from menu items and walk out with something ready to eat. Everything is pretty affordable too! I got combo #3 and chose the perch and substituted the hush puppies for the fries. The hush puppies were delicious! Perch was very tasty as well. The workers are also super nice and accommodating! Their jumbo fried shrimp is the BESTEST I don't like fried shrimp from any place else! It's best to call and order ahead. The menu is online if you use Yelp! You can have them add seasoning when you pick it up. Lemon pepper or Cajun. It so delicious I don't even use sauce . I feel like Homer Simpson drooling just thinking about it.
My favorite neighborhood carryout fish shop. Alaska Fish stays crowded because the food is so good. Please do yourself a favor and call ahead. The fish is always fresh. Meals come with fries, a drink and the tastiest cole slaw. They carry cheesecake from Peteet's. Prices are cheap, you can feed a family here without much money. The carryout restaurant is located in a strip mall on the southeast side of Nine Mile, just west of Coolidge. Parking in the front and side street of business.
